Julie Bryant, Director of Food Compliance Specialist Ltd, has over 30 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry in quality and technical roles. With extensive knowledge in the area of quality management systems, food safety, HACCP, compliance and risk management, Julie has the expertise to assist both large and small companies in a wide range of areas.
In addition to a Bachelor of Technology (Food), Julie has these qualifications:
NZQA HACCP Coordinator
NZQA Registered Assessor
Qualified Cannery Person
Julie is a professional member of the New Zealand Institute of Food Science and Technology (NZIFST) and has been involved in many industry and regulatory working groups.
